2nd Application under CEC

Hey Guys, I applied on April 25, 2014 and still didn't get any response on my application and I emailed to CIC intake office with my personal information related to my application and they replied me back " We have no record of your application based on the information you provided". So i decided to send another application on first week of September.

As i sent my original certificate of English test so I request additional copy of test and they approved it and i am gonna get it this week. ( Let me explain you how u can get 2nd copy of your English test. When u apply for English test (ielts), you normally choose the purpose of test is immigration and later on if u need another copy. you can email them to send you additional copy of English test at your home address for personal use )

I did apply Police clearance in Canada on Monday and there is one private agency in Mississauga who give you police clearance with finger print within one week.

But my Question is

1. I am still waiting for police clearance from my back home and its gonna come within 10 days, Should i wait for police clearance or can i submit without police clearance from my back home and later on without requesting by CIC i send them.

2. The first application i sent has been misplaced in CIC intake office ( I believe) and it had job letter with my all duties but in this application I am planning to update my job letter by including some more duties because i heard on this forum, job duties should match 60% with NOC job title.

3. In my last application, I filled the travel form with my name and check mark "did not travel" but i am confused about this form. As i never travel to any other country but should i mention my travel history about coming to Canada on student visa and then visit my home country during my stay in Canada?

I would really appreciate if you can help me out with these questions.

Nothing such about the percentage , though It should not exactly match as per wordings is concerned , VO should be able to co-relate the duties with NOC that you have to take care.

As i never travel to any other country but should i mention my travel history about coming to Canada on student visa and then visit my home country during my stay in Canada? - I did it , so to avoid any hassles why not to provide it.

IF you haven't received AOR yet and CIC confirmed no application is been received , Apply ASAP .

Hi. Although Gurindar has already answered your questions I would comment to your first one about the police clearance. If you're sure you would get it from your home country soon, I would wait and submitted the police clearance with the application (you can also send it after receiving AOR, but I would personally prefer this way).
