I was just going over CIC website and noticed that NOC 2174 Cap Reached and NOC 1112 Fast Approaching.

Seems like everyone who intends to apply needs to gear up and speed up their process. The windows have started to close - Don't let the door get closed on yourself!!!

NOC 1112 is closed as well although unofficial.
People should think of alternative NOCs,they can apply to.
