I am in the process of preparing my experience letters to send it to the immigration office. I am applying under NOC 2171 and would like to know your opinion about the below responsibilities. Do you think they match NOC 2171?
- Liaising with stakeholders to identify, gather and organize business requirements.
- Analyzing, integrating and recommending solutions in keeping with processes or projects that may draw on or contribute to the IT environment.
- Assisting in development of IT strategies and execution. Creating and updating training manuals and policies.
- Monitoring existing Interfaces for data flow and responding to queries of Incident co-ordinators in case of service outage
- Performing root cause analysis of incidents in production systems
- identifying and documenting requirements, assessing physical and technical security risks to data, software and hardware, and developing policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches
- Maintaining integrity of the LAN and WAN client systems, and ensure adherence to all operational and security standards and policies for IT service
- Maintaining security audit on LAN
- Leading and supporting the client site data recovery process as part of Business Continuity Plan
- Monitoring and reporting network security threats to the IT Management
- Liaising with Level 2 engineering teams on Intrusion Detection Systems, Firewalls and WAN routers
- Facilitating security credential verification for mainframe applications.
