I had applied for my study permit in July, 2020 and have been waiting for a decision since.
Here's my timeline


Georgian College: Ontario
Application date : 7th July, 2020
Aip : 10th September, 2020
Biometrics: 4th December,2020
Medical passed: 12th January,2021
Re-medical request: 8th May,2021
Re-medical passed: 18th May,2021
BVL: 21st May, 2021

Have received no decision since. Applied for gcms notes on 9th June,2021. Haven't received that as well.
Any 2020 applicants who received any update on their application can share that here.

No , my college refund policy was not in favour so deferred 3 times from sep 2020 to sep 2021

Yes,
It was mentioned approved in my GCMS and there was an original passport request mentioned in outgoing documents.
Anyway, my GC key isn't updated yet.
Hopefully, I'll get the same thing there as well
