the 2019 Spousal/Common Law Tracking Tool google spreadsheet needs some work

I use excel at work on daily basis and the inconsistency of the sheet is just driving me crazy
first of all there is no standard look for every months sheet. some months look different than others, some months are arranged by application dates others are not.
but the worse thing is some formulas are a mess
I made a local copy of the sheet and fixed most of the formulas and am working on the formatting and look and feel and arrangement. if the controller of the sheet is interested we can work together and merge the sheets to get them inline.
I appreciate the great effort done in those sheets and these simple fixes would make it better.
