Im waiting for it too. I have an ETA that expires in 30+ days that I'm thinking of declining because of the FBI delays for my clearance. I don't wanna decline it until I see what the scores are for the draws.

You don't have to decline. You can submitted your application with a LOE that your FBI police verification is in progress and you are expecting it to be available by so-n-so date. Many ppl have done that, CIC gave them additional time to submit the same. All the best.
