I want to sponsor my mom to Canada as PR. i assume I have to fill application online in January 2018 if I meet all requirements(income, residency). Then they will do lottery, etc. Hope I am correct.
Question: Can me and my sister(2 separate families) fill 2 separate online forms for lottery for same applicant(mom). This is to increase chance in lottery.
Just wondering about technical aspects of doing so.
