I created this thread in order for us to share information regarding our permanent resident applications being processed abroad.

The following is my timeline.

AOR : October 30, 2018
MED : January 29, 2020
MED confirmation : February 14, 2020

The progress bar reappeared on our CIC accounts. Hopefully we'll hear some good news on March.
I see a lot of people from 2019 getting their permanent residency approved, so perhaps ours will move forward as well.

Anyone know if I'll be able to return to Canada without my permanent resident card? I did an outland application and got accepted as a permanent resident. But, my PR card hasn't arrived yet. I've been visiting family in the US for 2 months and have a flight on December 7 to Canada. I have a US passport.
