2015 application for open work permit under LMO

hi there guyz, I wish to seek guidance regarding my situation . I have completed my 3900 hours but I needed to go back to my country for a faily emergeny and when I came back my employer told me that I can no longer work for them for they have hired a new caregiver. I wonder if I should apply for a regular permit for a new employer aside from the open permit . is this possible. I just don't want to waste my hard earned hours and work and sacrfices.


if you just recently passed op application can you share the steps that you ve made..

I am under LMO should I apply for a new work permit will the hours I have worked for under LMO or old LICP will be erased under LMIA?
