Hello all,
Here is my situation. I applied for PGP in Jan 2014 to sponsor my mom only. At that time it was only me + husband (he is co-signer). In 2015, I had a baby and notified CIC of the birth. So in Jan 2014 when I sent the application, I had to show income for the last 3 years (2010, 2011, 2012) for a family size of 3.
2010 - Family size=3 - TotalIncome=$52,000 (combined - I had arrived in Canada earlier in the year and got a job in mid-dec. So, my income for 2014 was for only 2 weeks. My husband had income for the whole year of 2014)
2011 - Family size=3 - TotalIncome= exceeds minimum requirement comfortably for family of 3 or 4
All the years after that (even when I was on mat leave in 2015), our income exceeds the minimum amount required for family size of 3 or 4.
My question is if CIC was to reassess the financial eligibility for year 2010 for a family of 4 (instead of 3), would I still meet the minimum amount required with our combined income of $52,000? (I can't find what the LICO +30% amt would be for family size of 4 for 2010).
I can see from my GCMS notes that CIC internally completed a financial eval form IMM1283 in April 2015 (I never filled or sent that form). In 2014, when I applied, the financial evaluation form was called IMM5768E and this was what I sent.
The last time my file was touched was in March 2016 and this is what is in the GCMS notes:

Anyone who is/has been in the same situation?
Any ideas when I can expect them to review my file?
