2014 PGP APPLICANT: UNUSUAL TIME LAG IN POST MEDICAL DEVELOPMENTS

I am a PGP 2014 applicant. I sent my Medical Report, PCC etc to CPC Ottawa in August 2016. But there has been no change in my status in last five months. The site says it takes app three months for PR after medical. Is there anyone else too in the same boat?
All you seniors I request you to please guide me what next step should I take?
How can I find out the latest status on my application?
