1. When was your application refused, you should have received a letter. If it was less than 30 days or so, then include the document and request re-consideration. If longer than that, you are out of luck.

I never received any letter because that letter that missed was contained my new consultant representation,
When I call Quebec Office 4 days ago I just understand it by the phone,

it's 6 days that i understand it by the phone,
I even don't Know which documents they need, right now.
because by the phone they just told me my case is rejected due to no answer for demanded documents,

I'm a bit confused:

1) your consultant sent the documents to CIC and they did not receive it? Or

2) CIC requested documents but you(or your consultant) did not send them?

If it's 1), send the documents again, with proof that you sent the documents (e.g. postage stamp, tracking #, signature of person who signed it at CIC, etc) and write a cover letter asking for re-consideration.

If it's 2), then do as PMM suggested - send the documents and a letter request re-consideration.

Act quick so that you don't lose time. Once you do this, request your GCMS notes to see what exactly CIC wanted. You do request it under the Privacy Act for free here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/requests-personal.asp

Dear SenoritaBella

Hi

Thanks for your reply,
I apologize for poor construction of my previous post, My mind was so occupied,

I sent a Statement via post to Montreal immigration office and explained situation by detail,
I checked the Link that you kindly provide, I will send a letter via mail to follow up,

Thanks

Hope the visa office reconsiders your application. Really unfortunate to come so close and not succeed because of missing documents.

Also, I wanted to clarify... the link I gave you is to request your GCMS notes (that is the notes the visa officer has written on your file) so that you can get detailed information.

Dear SenoritaBella

Thank you very much, I am hopeful to be fortunate and receive a chance to resurrect my case and finish process,

My Statement has been delivered to Montreal office, And when I called, They assured me that my statement will be reviewed But it may take some time due to number of the cases in process.

As for link that you kindly provide, I am not eligible to receive information directly because I am not resident of Canada, therefore My Consultant should apply on behalf of me,

Thank you for your help,
