2010 Parents Sponsorship -- How long it may take to process the second stage?

anyone knows? if processsed in ottawa, it will take another 61 months according to cic website... If processed in visa office in beijing, it will take 54 months... either way , it's quite depressing... I've applied in july 2010 and received adr yesterday.
