As far as i know know currently they are processing Q4 2005,

I asked the office many time, and i'm receiving the same message ( We are currently processing cases received in the fall of 2005 )

do anyone has an idea, what is the definiton of fall 2005, as i heared that this is a well known expression in Canada that present 6 months and not three , so they divided the year by two seasons and not four as usual ?
