I'm a little confused about this. Currently, I have around 36 university-transferable credits from a community college in BC. I'm on my co-operative work term for this semester and I need to take two more courses to graduate from a web technology co-op certificate in the fall.

The certificate itself requires 36 credits but because of certain (university-transferable) electives I pursued my overall credits post-graduation will be around 45. On the CIC website, the Canadian Experience Class requirements for students state that it should be two years of full-time studies. I have been considered full-time at my institution since I landed in Canada (April 2009) excluding the summer of 2010 when I took a break (according to the college summers can be taken off because they are not considered official study terms). After this semester I will have five full-time terms from the college.

Would this be enough to fulfill the educations requirements for the Canadian Experience Class?

p.s. I'm aware of the one year work experience requirements.

April 2009 to April 2011 = 2 years
Yes.

Note that you must GRADUATE before you qualify. In your explanation, it sounds like you won't graduate until the end of the fall semester.
