I had applied for the PR under FSWC. But unfortunately because of minor mistake they ban me 2 years . I have appeal with logical reason too.
can i re-apply from my spouse side?? [/b]Bit confuse please suggest me.

If you are banned for 2 years, I do not think you should push your luck now by trying to apply through your spouse.

Better to wait for 2 yrs then pushing it now and putting a red flag on your file for life time.

i strongly recommend you not to reapply again coz they always keep track of the old cases..
So it wud be quite risky..and kindly share that minor mistake of yours to help others.

they dont ban for minor mistakes sir and dont ever try to cheat them as it will create some serious problems for you.and dont ask such things at this forum
