2 years bachelors and 2 years Masters plus 1 year B.ed and 1 year M.ed

Am i equivalent to Masters if i am having 2 years Bachelors( BA) and 2 years (MA) Islamic studies plus I have1 year (B.ED) 1 year (M.ED) degree from Pakistan.
Can someone please how to claim points?? someone told me that i canshow up my 2 bachelors and 1 masters Is it so??? need help!!!
