2 years after taking the citizenship exam and still waiting

i have never been through such a bad and really terrible system. Rude replies. so frustrating. it has been 2 years since I had my esam for a canadian citizenship. nothind so far everytime i call the CIC office, the famous answer " still under process"... can someone tell me what to do and is there a way to get to thebottom of this? I have to leave Canada pretty soon too. My husband just got a contract to work outside and we have to leave and stay outside for the next 3 year. any feedback.

Is your husband a citizen already? If so, there's no problem in taking the job overseas, you'll just have to return to Canada when called to take the oath of citizenship.

Actually the OP wants access to the GCMS which is the Citizenship records.
