Hello everyone,
I need an advice , it’s a bit complicated.
I sponsored my spouse inland , no AOR yet.
I have 2 boys from ex-marriage whom are currently living with their dad on their home currently , they were accepted on the express entry 3 years back but I declared the divorce to the IRCC before getting the COPR as their dad refused to get the visa , so finally I got the PR alone without my kids or ex- husband .
The question now , their dad finally approved them to travel to Canada hence I will do Outland sponsorship for them, does being sponsor for my current husband prevents me from sponsoring my kids ?
Will it affect either of the 2 files ?
Is their a minimum amount of money that I should hold on the banks ?
Does adding their UCI with LOE can speed up the process of their sponsorship as they were almost done with all steps ?
And on the PA forms who should be signing me or me and their dad ?
Advice is so much appreciated

You can have both sponsorship applications in progress at the same time. There is no issue with that.

There is no minimum income but you need to make sure you're not on social assistance.

The UCI with LOE unfortunately won't speed up the process. You should expect around 8-12 months to process their application.

Not aware of any rule to that effect or problem it should cause.

It won't hurt but probably won't help much. They'll probably have to do all but perhaps biometrics again, though.

And on the PA forms who should be signing me or me and their dad ?

You will have to sign all docs as sponsor. Your ex-spouse will need to sign documents providing permission for them to leave for Canada (they're in the application package). There may be questions about formal custody arrangements.

Were your children listed as in nonaccompanying during your express entry? Did they do their medicals?

If the spouse was unwilling to cooperate years ago I wanted to clarify.

Fair enough. My understanding from the original post was that the EE application was first done as married with dependents and the marriage broke down during the process.
