2 self-addressed mailing labels

Item 8 in checklist requires "2 self-addressed mailing labels one in English or French and the second in the official language of your country". What kind of labels? What size/specifications? Can someone shed some light on this.

buy labeling stickers from the stationry shop...write it in bith scripts and send it. donot remove the back side of the sticker.....just the size of a normal address label nothing specific

This is what I did,

I just typed my address in English and in my native language on an A4 sheet and got a print out and attached.

And this worked.

So plain A4 size paper would suffice you mean? Also for my native language, should I just scribble with pen?
