About a week ago I received my application for permanent residence under the PNP after it was rejected as they were unable to process the fees payment.
The reason was that my credit card was stolen and I wasn't able to notify them about the new card.
In the meantime my PNP certificate got expired. I already contacted the province Population Growth Division and they will extend it for 3 more months. I'm just waiting to receive it to attach it to my new application for the CIC.

My questions are:
1. All the pages received back from the CIC have a hole on the top left corner, I assume for filing and storage purposes. Do they accept original documents with those holes? Some of them are not easy for me to reproduce and I just want to make sure that they will accept them.

2. Is there any particular information I should write on the cover letter regarding the fact that this is a second submission? I'm in no rush but I am concern that they might attend my file once my PNP certificate will expire again.

Thanks a lot
