Does anyone have any advice. My employer followed all the right steps and my LMO was denied. The problem is I have already paid the lawyer fees and sent away all of my papers for my PR in February. My Visa will run out before I get the answer. I am running out of time, is there anything that I can do?

You can appeal the LMO and try to fix whatever was the problem the last time. You can also apply to change your status to visitor while you wait.

What category are you applying under for FSW? If you are under category 3, 12 months working in Canada or more, it should not affect your application that you are not working any more. If you are applying under category 2 with arranged employment, you should contact CIC and ask them if there is anything you have to do. If you no longer have a valid work permit, you may still be able to move forward with that application if you get an AEO from your employer. AEO's are generally easier to get than LMO's.
