2 jobs in same NOC accepted by CIO but rejected by CHC ND

Hi,

I have received the rejection letter from CHC ND that I don't have 1 year continuous full time experience in the NOC code. I have worked in 2 jobs consecutively for 8 months each in same NOC code and same I have mentioned in initial application to CIO sydeny which was accepted.


I don't understand when intial application was accepted considering 2 jobs then why it was rejected by CHC ND !! This is very annoying and frustrating as if CHC is just making an excuse !!!

Seniors pls advise if anything can be done like writing email to CHC ND to recheck my application ?

Also want to add that my NOC was removed in June 2010 NOC list. I sent initial application in April 2010 which got accepted in June 2010 and sent full docs to CHD ND in Sep 2010.

I am not sure how many people who applied pre June 2010 to CIO sydney and if their NOC were removed in June 2010 - how many of these are still getting approval letters ?

Defo they will accept the Pre june 2010 application even your NOC is removed after that.

we are old rule applicants. They will treat us same like Post June applicant accept processing time will be longer. It will take longer time to listen request/MR from VO.

Regarding Two Jobs/Same NOC , CIO is just checking your forms but detail verification are being done by NDVO. They will give you Money back i think.
