2 french courses & show a financial report

Hello,
I already got the landing visa 4 persons ( main + spouse + 2 kids ) I am planning to land next May 2010.
I would like my sister 40 Y old ( divorced ) in Egypt to do the immegration as Federal skilled worker.
Her points are 20+21+10+5=56
- can she gain another 2 points if she attend and path 2 french courses without do a test?
- can she gain another 2 points if she can show a financial report of 100 000 Can$ or more?
- and 7 points in ILETS.
Is this cenario correct?
Can any one has another cenario can help my sister.

For FSW, there is no difference how much money you show as long as it is at least the minimum.
The French thing might work but be prepared to take the TEF exam if asked.
Why not just try get a much higher points in English?
