2 Bachelor Degrees = 2 or more diplomas?

Hi guys! My WES report treated my Bachelor's degree and one year of Maitrise (first year of Master's in French) as 2 bachelor degrees. Does that make sense? Can WES be wrong or should I go with it? Also does that qualify as two or more degrees or just as a bachelor?

Try another ECA. You can try appealing but it wont help.

Yeah I don't think I'm going to bother with us. What do you think I should put in Express Entry application? 2 or more diplomas or bachelor?

If anyone comes across the same case: the CRS score updated and showed 2 bachelor degrees would be considered two or more diplomas .
