My brother applied for PR one in regular and one in fast track, he got both of them rejected one after the other, where in he is short of 3 points to eligibility. He didn't get his money back. Now he has got married and is back in India.

Any one of you please advice if we wish to reopen this fast track application, adding his marriage certification and his wife's education to the application would be fruitful?

And if so any links to how to do this.

Thanks & Regards,
Devi

If her education will take him over 67 points then of course, it is useful, given that he qualifies on ministerial instruction criteria.
Or she can apply as the main applicant.
www.cic.gc.ca is undoubtedly the best resource.

Both applications are finished. He would have to reapply from the beginning.

Hi PMM,

Hope u are doing good.

Well since u are one of the seniors here, I need your advise in thread "Job Occupation". There I've asked of writing something other (which reflects better my job duties) rather than my current job title.

Please reply me there.

Thanks in advance.

It is not the job title that matters, it is the duties that you employer states that you perform in the reference letter.

You can write what ever you want, but as in my previous post, it was what your employer states that your duties are is what CIC/CHC will consider.

Hello PMM, sorry to ask u again,

In ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION Form, one copy of it will be filled by me (main applicant) in which in section:A, applicant will be me, spouse will be wife where as mother & father of mine.

But when filling the same section for my spouse, who will be in applicant column? Me or my wife. Further, If my wife here is applicant then should I place myself in spouse column & here mother & father will be of hers.

Thanks in advance.

You are applicant in one and your wife is the applicant in the second one.
