Hello all,

I have (what I think is) a weird question. My spouse and I are planning on applying for the FSW this May. From what I understand based on information given so far, everybody under the NOC skill level O,A, and B will be eligible to apply. Under this cirumstance, both my spouse and I will be eligible to apply as a principal applicant. My question is, can we both apply at the same time (using separate applications) as principal applicants and claim each other as dependent on our individual application?

Do they have a rule against it, or has anybody done so in the past? I am just looking for ways to increase our chances of getting the PR.

Thanks!

Hy,
Well, According to my point of view it is not possible at same time both of you will be main applicant and also dependent. Actually FSW is point based program and you need 67 points to fulfill immigration requirement. if you can achieve required score then you do not need to apply two applications. At same time you both can apply as main applicant.
your idea is wastage of time and money. choose your NOC correctly and achieve required points and you will have 100% positive response.

Kind Regards,
Mian Nawaz
