Hi all one more case here for information
One person have 1yr. Pgwp from that he is on vacation out of Canada for 40 days as per company policy they paying 14 days vacation pay at the end of year. Company apply Lmo for employee as his pgwp expiring soon he apply close wp with explanation letter so may be get wp after 60 days so equation is that after expiring of pgwp and waiting for closewp period eexperience count towards of cec? When he able to apply PR?

Assuming WP application went in before the explanation of his PGWP he would be on implied status - so yes.

Hi Samir,

Your CEC application counts any experience earned while on a legal status in Canada. When you are in between those two permits, you will be under 'implied status' which is a legal status. So yes, it will be counted towards your CEC application.

You will be eligible to apply for PR once you fulfill all the requirements of CEC. Its not just 12 months, there is certain no. of hours, i guess 30hrs/week, or something like that. Please check that in the guide as it has definitely changed from last year when i applied.

That one is a little tricky. We have discussed it in detail in the past months. Will do some searching. Guys if u know what Im talking about. ... the whole discussion about when cic starts counting the work experience. ... from graduation. .....etc pls forward it to samir.
