Good day beautiful people,

I am a new immigrant residing in Toronto. I am planning to apply for a 1 year Grad Cert Program in Business Analytics & Process Management or HRM. Which program do you think will be better for future prospects in Canada! Also, which college do you think would be better: Sheridan, Seneca, Centennial, or George Brown.

I already have an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK, and 6 years of experience in Education & Training, but it has been of no use in Canada (have applied to at least 20 entry level jobs without luck).

Your suggestion is highly appreciated.

Thanks :)

I can't comment on which program or school. However if you want to do HRM, you should make sure that whatever program you take leads to a CHRP designation.

As someone who has personal experience will people in those programs and schools mentioned above, I suggest you STAY AWAY from Business Analytics in ALL of the colleges unlessyou already have a deep quantitative background (I'm talking BS in Math or MSc in Stats). The HRM program in George Brown is very good for Co-Ops and has relations with Toronto employers.
