18 months of waiting :(cem manila

Hi guys its really frustrating how manila embassy process our application its been like forever of waiting. Im a September 2013 applicant, just last January 12 the VO asked for additional docs because he is not satisfied on the genuiness of our relationship. im not sure whats wrong but we already sent everything before.we are under conjugal sponsorship category and were both same sex. last FEB 5 I sent the additional documents or evidences that our relationship is continuous and other docs we could think of to satisfy the VO. its been 18 months now of waiting. and I haven't received any updates yet nor remedical request. its really really frustrating .
