WE HAVE APPLIED FOR VISITOR VISA TO VISIT CANADA. WE ARE HAVING INDIAN PASSPORT AS WE ARE CITIZEN OF INDIA. MYSELF AND MU SPOUSE vide application No.V322805645 and V322805647. WE HAVE ALREADY VISITED USA FOR THE PERIOD 2017/05/01 TO 2017/07/15. WE HAVE VALID VISA OF USA FOR TEN YEARS. I AM WORKING WITH INDIA'S NO. 1 COMPANY i.e. RELIANCE INDUSTRIES LTD. WHICH IS PAID HIGH SALARY AND I HAVE TO SERVE MORE 07 YEARS. SO NO QUESTION TO RESIDING AT CANAD AT ALL. I HAVE MY PROPERTY (HOUSE) COSTING 60 TO 70 LAKHS.

SO GIVE ME HINT WHERE I HAVE TO APPROACH OR REPRESENT THE CASE ?

And since you have applied the visa, what do you want to represent the case for? Have you already gotten the decision?

The OP is citing in the title of this thread a section of the IRPA that is used to justify rejections.
