Hello. I studied 2 different programs each of 8 months duration one applied from India and another one applied from Canada itself. How many years of work permit I get if I apply for post graduation work permit?

Either 8 months or 12 months (most likely 8 months) - assuming you were physically in Canada under a study permit.
