why what happened..yes u can refund ur fees and everything.. go on college website there is fee refund policy and procedure.. same with nova scotia bank.. but can u tell me the reason why u dnt wan to go?

just call in the visa office and check.. but u will be the weird case for them..hahahahahah.. people die to get visa n u dnt wan to go..? why what happened exactly.. ask them can u exchange like tickets with me..i am ready to go..hahahah lolz..just kidding bro.. yes u can send application to ur college and nova scotia bank they will definitely return ur money..
