15 May correspondence letter but no ppr.

I have same issue I receive on 17 may. On my ircc account i saw status of my application in final decision from 17 may. Before there is no date showing. Can anyone tell about that? What ll happen?

Visa submit : 13 April
Biometric update: 17 april
Medical upfront passed : 3 may
Correspondence letter(biometric validity) : 15 may
Till then no update in the ircc tracker its showing all completed and student permit documents number also showing but no updates in gc key

I applied for visit visa from qatar. My application is in final decision on ircc gc key account. But on tracker background still in progress?
