15 days over no reply from chc delhi under spp

i have applied on 13 july in hyderabad under spp .
file recieved on chc delhi on 16 th its already 15 days over should i contact chc delhi please help me....................

hi I applied for student visa for Canada under SPP on 13th July for DIPLOMA Electronics Engineering Technician...in Conestoga college.

i have SSC 77% , Intermediate 83% And B.tech 59.2% With 14 backlogs all cleared in time . I have this backlogs in 2 Year and 3-1 semester only At last 3 semesters i have only 1 backlog and at last year i got 75%..
And Ielts 6.0 ( L-7.0 , S-6.0, R-5.5 , W-6.0)

Bank loan 12 lacks and Savings 5 lacks I paid 4 lacks to college What are my chances to get Visa ? And i applied on 13 th and my friend applied on same day 13 july got visa on 20 july So i get tensed Because there is no reply from canada high commission is there any negative chances ......please help me out

Dude I sail in the same boat. I had applied on 10th July and still waiting to hear from CHC Delhi. The status on VFS website is still under processing. Friday is half gone and I doubt if our passport would be released today :'( ???
