I have a bachelors degree holder and currently getting 120 points for education as per EE.

If I do a post graduate diploma IN CANADA, will it be considered equivalent to a masters degree - in turn fetching me 135 points for education ?

If you get a Master's degree from a Canadian university, then yes.

I don't know what kind of post graduate diploma you are talking about, but if it's not a Master's degree then you won't get points for a Master's degree.

For a Post Grad dip you can consider two or more degrees (one to be bachelors) and approx score of 129+

I guess even if I do masters outside CANADA, I still get 135 points.

Yes, provided WES accepts it equivalent to Canadian Masters.

No - a post graduate diploma in Canada is certainly not the equivalent to a masters degree. A PGDM is a college program. A Masters is a university program. They are completely different (PGDM is a lower level of education).

Pgdms is not masters.
