135 days waiting for visitor visa

hello , i am new in this forum so i hope i am posting in the right place .
i am Iranian single guy around 30 years old . i applied for a visitor visa through representative company almost 6 months ago . and i gave my biometrics in Ankara turkey at 7 jan 2019 .
i have a recite that includes my tracking id , registration number , reference number .

according to : https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...vices/application/check-processing-times.html my visa processing times must takes around 47 days .

i tried to email ANKRA@international.gc.ca to get some answers so maybe i get to know why so much delay .
but so far no results .

i tried to know whats my application status through
https://www.vfsvisaonline.com/Global-PassportTracking/ but after i used my tracking id and birthday , it gave me NO RECORDS FOUND result .

representative company tells me that i have to wait more and there is nothing else that i could do . they also said if they receive the visa approval or refusal they will let me know .

please let me know how can i get to know whats going on and why there is so much delay ?

47 days is just an estimate it can take much longer. Sense there is a concern that you will file for asylum. You should order your GCMS notes.

You should try to use the visa application number (should start with V then some numbers) and create a GCkey account and try to link your application to see its Status. VFS does not give processing status.

There are frequently representative companies in Iran that submit false documents and get their clients banned from Canada. If yours hasn't given you any update for nearly six months, you will want to verify what has actually happened.
