1344a urgent help please

Hello people I just saw that the latest 1344a application has 03 2010 revision on it , never saw that when I sent in my forms in july I have no idea when they revised it as mine had the 04 2009 revision , now the only difference I have noticed is 7(b) where it gives you room to fill in an email address. Do you think I would have had to send in this revision as its the latest one or I should be ok?

You will definitely be fine or else a whole lot of people would be in trouble! The only difference is the e-mail. You just don't have that written down, but you still have your address they can mail things to.
