121 days GONE but still NOT get VISA

Please give your opinion on following questions:-

1. Its been 121 days, but I am still waiting for my VISA from CHC New Delhi.


2. My passport is going to expire by next month.


3. I have sent case specific enquiry on 01 March, 2011, but still not get any reply.


I am really looking for your help...

Hello there,

The best option you've is to wait for their reply or send another case specific reply. But on most visa office's website it clearly states not to send more than one inquiry. I know its a long time since you have heard anything from the VO but the only thing you can do is wait patiently.

i am same boat, I sent my passport on 9 decmebr 2010 almost 4 months but no news till now please can you tell me which nOC CODE is yours??

If your Passport expires next month You are going to get it back without the Visa
You will be asked to renew it and they will give you some time for that

get it renewed under tatkal and submit for the Visa

if you passports expire but they stamp visa on your passort before expiration, thats fine once you get your passport get another and attached together you can use same visa you dont have to transfer your visa to new passport.

This is an outrage.... 121 days is a long time.. What NOC are you applying under. I have applied under the new process and have just submitted my passports. I cannot imagine such a long delay.
