Dear Forum members
I have supmitted my apllication on 25/6/2010 (before 26/6/2010) and I have recieved my application number on 28/11/2010, and i have 120 days to deliver all supporting documents, my iligibility points are:

Education 20 ( Bechlor degree)
Language 14 ( IELTS SCORE L=7, S=7, R=6.5, W=6.5 )
Experience 21 ( 4 Years Ex. )
Age 10 ( 31 Years )
Arranged employment 0
Adaptability 0

My points is 65. the immigration lawyer told me you must take the IELTS again to get HIGH in all language branches. to get 67.
My question is :
1 - is there any other solutions to raise this score despite of taking the IELTS again
2 - is it possible to ask for more time to deliver new IELTS result.
3 - The lawyer gave me application number but by checking it online there is no result, need help.
Thanks in Advance..

Answers:

1. You can claim point if you have arrange employment which I can see you do not have. You can also claim point from spouse education or if you or your spouse have any relative in Canada . You will get maximum 5 points for those.

2. I afraid you won't get more then 120 days to submit your IELTS result.

3.Right now most people are unable to check their application status online.

Thanks for your concern

I am not married.
I have no relatives in canada

there is do or die situation for you. i would suggest you book ielts at two centres in city /country where you live. i mean with british council / aeo. or book two centres in different cities. i mean if you don't get required band from one centre may be you get from other centre. but this is my sole opinion only.

i hope that ielts results was mine hahah cus am always not more than moderate, BTW my elder brother was having
same problem he given the test 4 time always he was getting 14 out of 16 but at last he got 16 points
he sent the results for re checking after two months he got the results positive as he expected, they were always giving him 6.0 to writing
then after re checking he got 6.5, so he completed 16, he was depending on his IELTS bcus with/out 16 he could never get 67 points
and now he is in Canada... am sure you can get 16 just try again you will success ... good luck...
