12 months of full-time skilled work experience, to apply under CEC

Q. My wife is enrolled for full-time masters program in BC. I can get Open Work Permit within 2-3 weeks since she is already there. We can apply for TRV for kids.

After 12 months of working in skilled occupation, can I apply for PR under CEC (Canadian Experienced Class), even if my education is not in Canada?

Requirement for CEC:
- plan to live outside the province of Quebec
- have at least 12 months of full-time (or an equal amount in part-time) skilled work experience in Canada in the three years before you apply,
- have gained your experience in Canada with the proper authorization
- meet the required language levels needed for your job for each language ability (speaking, reading, writing, and listening).

As the requirements denote, you don't need to have a canadian education.
