Hi Seniors,

I am on PG work permit. After completing the studies i got the contract opportunity to work as Network Analyst, the agency which were involved asked me to open Incorporation, now I paid my taxes and I also opened a payroll from my accountant who has given me T4 not T4A. Further, I also received a letter from my agencies saying that I worked for one year as Network Analyst for so and so client. I can also arrange the monthly pay stubs from the account as well on the incorporation number, Will I be considered as CEC applicant, because I havent intended to open a incorporation however this was demand by the agency and lack of opportunities available last year in the market.

Your guidance and Help will be really appreciated.

Thanks

Hi. Sorry but i don't understand what you mean by "open incorporation".

The 1 year work experience will be counted from the date of your Canadian graduation, if you got your degree in canada.

Unfortunately, you would be considered self-employed, therefore not eligible under the CEC program.
