11/May/2015 (Job start date), 26/May/2015 (got PGWP) - which date for CEC?

Hello Guys,
I have few question before I apply for CEC EE -

1. My Job start date is 11/May/2015 and got my PGWP on 26/May/2015 - which date I shall consider as 1 year CEC experience?
2. I have to get my PCC-India - When shall I start this process? (Assuming time consuming process)
3. When shall I start to get my Canadian-PCC?
4. Medical exam up-front (before getting into the pool) or after ITA ?

A: 26th May 2015
2. I have to get my PCC-India - When shall I start this process? (Assuming time consuming process)
A: If you don't plan to visit india now or anytime till you apply for PR, then you can start now, else after your last visit there only (assuming you are in Canada now).
3. When shall I start to get my Canadian-PCC?
A: Canadian PCC can only be ordered once CIC requests for it after your PR application.
4. Medical exam up-front (before getting into the pool) or after ITA ?
A: After ITA

I have no plans to go to India until I get my PR.

So I will start the procedure of getting PCC of India.

Could you please suggest me how should I proceed for thatÉ? I am assuming going through nearest Indian embassy or consulate
