10th 33 marks with gracing and diploma completed 7.9CGPA

I have got 33(Maths) with gracing in 10th board (56%) (overall good) and completed diploma (3 year) with 7.9 CGPA and want to apply for electronic or electrical in UG advanced diploma, what are the chances for visa?

Yes, my profile is far good and fundings are good as well and I have done my diploma engineering in Instrumentation and control. My only concern is about ny 10th gracing marks. Do they consider it as well?
