Spend 105 days outside of Canada as a vacation

Form IMM 5444 question no 22 should we write the period stay outside Canada.

Or

Because it was vacation so no need to write.

Please advise...................................

Vacation or other wise, you weren't in Canada for 105 days....you need to report it as being out of Canada. Remember, it's only full days outside of Canada. If you travelled on one of the days and were in Canada for part of the day, it still counts as being in Canada for a day.

Did you quit your job for the time you were on vacation? If yes then unemployed. But if you stayed with your employer and the employer didn't lay you off then you don't write unemployed but leave your work information in the section of work history.

Vacations will go to Section 21. You only need to fill section 22 if you have spent more than 1095 days outside Canada. Read that section carefully.
