hi everybody,

There are many flaws in these visa offices system.. they are granting visa to a stupid crackhead who is purely intended to reside in Canada and refusing true genuine legitimate people's with a real intention of visiting Canada....

just a query, what's up with being rejected more than 3-4 times up to 10 times?

how do the vo analyze the applicant who is submitting re-application again and again... do they think the applicant is going nuts or do they think the applicant is damn serious about visiting Canada?

Also how many times could a visa applicant reapply?

thanks

They would think that you are not taking seriously the process.

a person applied 10 times and you think the person is not taking it seriously?
are you serious my friend?

If someone applies for the 10th time after being rejected 9 times before, the VO would think s/he is DESPERATE to enter Canada. A visitor can't be desperate, hence the term 'visit'. Also, if there is no significant change in the rejection factor (home ties, income/asset, travel history, purpose of visit etc.); the result (denial) would not change either no matter how many times you apply.

Having said that I also agree getting a visit visa to Canada is pretty hard compared to any other country. Sometimes it even seems ridiculous. But as it's said "Driving is a privilege, not a right", same thing goes with VISA.

Yes.

If they took it seriously then they would have figured out what they needed to do in order to get the TRV instead of just sending incomplete/unsatisfactory applications.
