10 months......still in IP2

I am still in IP2...Never receive any additional requests from CIC.
Have contacted IRCC twice. Same reply:
"We verified the information you provided and can confirm that the application is still in process.
All the required documents and information have been received by the responsible office for the moment.
While the processing times may vary with each case, we will make all the necessary efforts to finalize the/your application as soon as possible. "

What can I do now...

Hey, I know it sucks, but as they emailed you... You just have to wait. Stay positive, PPR will come. I know it's really though mentally but believe you can do this. On immigration tracker I saw that lots of people from 2018 started getting PPRs. So, stay positive and wait. In the meantime, order GCMS notes and once they arrive see what progress is written there.

Any chance your application was distributed to Montreal/Edmonton office? These are the slowest as I know, one of my friend's application was processed in Montreal and it took 9 months to get it done.

Have you tried calling the agents? They will leave notes in the application stating that urgent and immediate action is required, this can only be requested when your application has passed the 6 months processing, hope this help

I just ordered GCMS notes. I didn't know that GCMS notes can be ordered when the application is still in progress...
It will take 30 days...I hope PPR comes before GCMS notes arrive...

I don't know where it's distributed...I am waiting for GCMS notes.
I tried calling the agents, but it was difficult to get through...

I just received GCMS notes. It seems that my case is under security check... for half a year...

The whole page under ADMISSIBILITIES / SECURITY:1 is blank...no information
The latest 4 activities show blank...and security hasn't passed.
