1 year gap and backlogs .experience certificate or sop?

Hi i need a quick advice from experts here as i am going to pay the fee for jan session

My profile
Diploma in mechanical engg-60%(2011)
B.tech in mechanical engg-( 70%) passed out in april2014 but due to pending backlogs took one more year to complete (april 2015 )
Ielts - 7 overall (nov 2014)

1st option-My consultants want me to show experience certificate related to my studies from the time period november 2014 to august 2015 .which i need to create from any known person which will be verificable

2nd option - i can write a sop stating that i was preparing for ielts till nov 2014 and then preparing for my backlogs exams which i cleared in april 2015 .



Please suggest me best option to choose . even i dont want to show fake experience . please do reply ur sugggesions

never fake experience ur consultant doesnt care about u. he only wants u to get visa so he can be paid by the college. even if u get visa u may face problems or ur citizenship revoked if ur caught down the line during ur PR process ur PGWP process or ur citizenship process.

SOP can help u explaining truthfully why u have gap and what u intend to do.
