1 year experience hours calculation

Hello everyone,

I have completed my 1-year Canadian experience 2 days back

As per CIC, it says

One year of full-time work

• 30 hours/week for 12 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
• We don’t count any hours you work above 30 hours/week.

I worked 37.5 works per week

When I am trying to calculate total hours with 30 hours/week the total hours are 1552.5

I worked 22.5 hours for one week and also I have worked overtime (10hrs) in another week can that overtime hours be added so that it sums to 30 hours/week

If you work 37.5 hours per week, you are full-time, there is absolutely no need to "count hours" - only weeks. If you have 52 weeks of full-time work experience, you meet the 1 year requirement. Paid vacation and paid sick days are counted as employment. This is easier for salaried workers to demonstrate than hourly wage workers, but if you were paid an hourly wage (as opposed to a salary) you can still count 2 weeks of vacation.
