I have submitted my application on 1st september . My transcript reached there on 6th October but iqas has not send me any mail regarding this . I am really tensed anybody can help

It will take a few months so your best option is to stay calm and put. You can not accelerate the process.
Can you tell me one thing i don’t remember that while submitting my request for transcript i had written application id on address or not ... what should i do i think they will not come to know that is my transcript .

You'll come to know when you don't get an acknowledgement for this. Usually it doesn't happen, you do not need to worry much.
